Hi, I’m Kirra. I work with high-functioning adults who hold a lot (especially at work) but feel wired, drained, or stuck in overthinking and people-pleasing patterns.
Many clients I support are reliable and capable on the outside, but privately carrying pressure, emotional labour, and the guilt that comes with saying no. Over time, this can impact sleep, mood, relationships, and confidence.
My approach is steady, collaborative, and evidence-based (ACT/CBT-informed). Together we make sense of patterns, build practical tools, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

How it works.
01.
Initial Call
We meet via phone for a brief conversation about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and any practical questions about fees, rebates and telehealth. There’s no pressure to book—this is about seeing whether it feels like a good fit.
02.
First Full Session & Shared Understanding
In our first session, we take time to understand your history, current stressors and what burnout or past experiences look like for you. Together we decide on a starting focus and an approach that feels manageable, including session frequency.
03.
Ongoing Telehealth Support
Sessions are held online, so you can attend from home or a private space that works for you. We check in regularly about what’s helpful, adjust the pace when needed, and keep your goals and wellbeing at the centre of our work.

Have questions?
I've gathered common questions and their answers to make your experience smoother. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to me.
We accept: Workcover Queensland, NDIS (Plan Managed and Self Managed), Mental Health Care plans (MHC) and Enhanced Primary Care plans (EPC).
Different referral types will have a different service fee. See our service fees page for more information.
We know that life can get hectic, but your dedication to therapy is essential. You can always reschedule, and we will send you email reminders about your appointments. However, if you decide to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full session fee will be charged. (Note: Medicare do not provide rebates for cancelled appointments).
During your first session your therapist will take a full history, walking you through what therapy will look like, answer any questions and talk to you about what you want to get out of therapy.
We're based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and service Australia-wide via telehealth.
