Psychologist/ Director

Hi, I’m Kirra. I work with high-functioning adults who hold a lot (especially at work) but feel wired, drained, or stuck in overthinking and people-pleasing patterns.
Many clients I support are reliable and capable on the outside, but privately carrying pressure, emotional labour, and the guilt that comes with saying no. Over time, this can impact sleep, mood, relationships, and confidence.
My approach is steady, collaborative, and evidence-based (ACT/CBT-informed). Together we make sense of patterns, build practical tools, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
Hi, I'm Kirra. I'm a psychologist who works with adults in their 20s and early 30s who are good at holding it together on the outside, but privately exhausted by how much space everyone else takes up in their head.
If you've spent a long time saying yes when you mean no, shrinking yourself to keep the peace, or feeling disconnected from who you actually are, that's exactly the kind of thing we can explore together.
My approach draws on ACT, CBT, and attachment-informed practice. Sessions are structured but never rigid, I bring intention to each session, but the work is always led by what's most alive for you.
How it works.
01.
Initial Call
We meet via phone for a brief conversation about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and any practical questions about fees, rebates and telehealth. There’s no pressure to book—this is about seeing whether it feels like a good fit.
02.
First Full Session & Shared Understanding
In our first session, we take time to understand your history, current stressors and what burnout or past experiences look like for you. Together we decide on a starting focus and an approach that feels manageable, including session frequency.
03.
Ongoing Telehealth Support
Sessions are held online, so you can attend from home or a private space that works for you. We check in regularly about what’s helpful, adjust the pace when needed, and keep your goals and wellbeing at the centre of our work.
